Ordering Information
At Lawsey, your satisfaction is the only thing that matters. I lovingly make every item with the image of your face bursting into a smile when you receive it. It’s an honor when anyone welcomes my craftwork into their world, which is why I do everything I can to make sure your Lawsey experience is a happy one.
What payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments. You can checkout with or without a PayPal account.
Can I Check Out Without a PayPal Account?
Yes! Simply enter your name and shipping address. You’ll be prompted by PayPal for your credit card information, email address, and phone number. After reviewing the information, you may choose to save your details for future use by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster. PayPal’s buyer protection and information security measures remain in effect for buyers who use this checkout. PayPal applies the same techniques (outlined below) for this checkout as it does for other transactions.
How do I make an online purchase using PayPal?
Simply create a PayPal account and link a payment method like your bank, credit, and/or debit cards. Once your account is set up, you will be able to click the PayPal button at checkout to proceed securely with just an email and password. You won’t have to enter card numbers or financial information when shopping to make online payments. With just an email address and password, you can securely check out.
IS MY purchase is protected by PayPal?
Yes. If a purchase doesn’t show up, gets damaged in transit, or is significantly different than it was described online, don’t worry. If your purchase is eligible, you are covered. PayPal will refund your money most of the time and deal with merchants so you don’t have to. (Of course, please let us at Lawsey know because we will also help take care of any order issues.)
Is my transaction secure with PayPal?
Yes. Your financial information is kept safe by PayPal and is not shared with us at any point in the transaction. All we will see is the information necessary to ship your order to you. At no point in the process will Lawsey see any of your bank or credit card information. PayPal’s encryption help keeps your online transactions guarded from start to finish. Any time you send or receive a PayPal payment, PayPal will send you an email to confirm the transaction. PayPal employs a dedicated team of security experts who actively monitor for fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

WHAT SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?
All items are ready to ship within two business days or less to addresses in the domestic U.S. by 2-3-day Priority Mail from zip code 29440. Your order is packed with care, secured in a sturdy box and ready to display in your home. Tracking and insurance are included with your order for your peace of mind.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At this time we ship exclusively to domestic U.S. addresses.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may request a cancellation at any time before item your order has shipped.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Lawsey gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Please send email to lori@lawsey.com, give us a call at (843) 790-9892 or get in touch through the contact page within 60 days of delivery to set up your return or exchange. Ship items back within 90 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for original and return shipping costs. If item is not returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
To return your product for a refund or exchange, please address your package to:

Please use the original mailing box and packaging contents to return your item. It’s a good idea to use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance in order to make sure your item arrives back to Lawsey safe and sound.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the amount of your refund, which will the be processed through the original method of payment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will be notified when your refund has been issued. After that, the amount of time needed for your bank to process the returned funds varies. Please check with your bank or credit card issuer to verify that the funds are on the way and to ask when they will be posted.
If for any reason your bank or credit card issuer has not received the refund transaction, please email me at lori@lawsey.com or get in touch through the contact page and I will investigate further to make sure your funds are back to you as soon as possible.
